Co-organiser of  The 100 Miles of Amsterdam - Bart Kleyn has an itch for rallying, Italy and Lancias. Ten years ago he organised the first Via Flaminia (what's in a name) offering an alternative for people who love the Miglia but don't have the Mille. The result has been a long series of very pleasant  friends among friends events becoming mlore and more popular. Last Saturday there was a meet up with close to one hundred earlier competitors from Germany, Belgium and Holland meeting up in the warehouse of a dutch mad man/collector Joop Stolze. Nearly 400 cars waiting for restoration, and then there is still another set of 300 or more. Will take some time before they will participate in a future Via Flaminia or 100 Miles of Amsterdam or the new Peaks of the Atlas in Morocco. In the meantime as you can see... Bart is keeping up the great work!
