This XK120 Roadster represents a beautiful blend of classic British motoring and tasteful, rally-inspired upgrades. The sweeping exterior is finished in a deep, glossy dark green and rides on classic wire wheels secured by traditional knock-off spinners. Up front, the car is fitted with spot lamps and front fog lamp brackets. The exterior has been thoughtfully modified for a vintage racing aesthetic, featuring dual Brooklands-style aero windscreens in place of the standard full windshield. At the rear, a custom-fabricated, Le Mans-style flip-top fuel filler is perfectly centered on the body, a modification seamlessly machined and integrated by Proper Noise in 2023.

The open cockpit was recently subjected to a comprehensive restoration by the craftsmen at Proper Noise between 2023 and 2024. The cabin is trimmed in high-end Cinnamon leather, featuring completely custom-patterned and fabricated bucket seats that provide a sporty, tailored fit. Matching leather wraps the door panels and upper coaming pads, contrasting handsomely against the fresh black floor carpeting. The late XK120 OTS center dash features a gorgeous burl walnut wood veneer that was meticulously repaired, sanded, and finished with numerous coats of varnish. The driver commands the road via a classic four-spoke steering wheel overseeing the central gauge cluster.

This XK120 has been maintained with an open checkbook, ensuring it drives just as beautifully as it looks, with over $83,000 in documented service records between the last two caretakers. The former owner commissioned a major engine-out service in March 2015, which included installing an alloy flywheel, a new clutch, and renewing the motor mounts, alongside a full car wiring harness replacement. Under current ownership, recent mechanical sorting in 2023 included removing, rebuilding, and tuning the carburetors for optimal performance. The shop also diagnosed and repaired the turn signals, upgraded the battery cables, and serviced the rear brakes.
