You may have seen this comfy Maserati 3500 GT Vignale cabriolet seating arrangement coming up for sale one or two days ago. It's finished in 1963 Conolly leather, and perhaps you had a thought similar to ours. Too bad that I do not own a Vignale Cabriolet. Even with a missing interior it is the kind of Maser you like to have lingering in your garage. A refined luxury problem. Also when you are the bloke who indeed has the Vignale and indeed is missing a proper interior, but lacks the cash to haul in this fine set. In fact we do know somebody in exact this miserable - or should we say maserable - position). So the set will remain unsold... as the target audience for this conolly toruring set most probably is very-very limited. But maybe there's another option. Somebody who likes to get creative, and has this visionary dream of a so far non yet existing convertible in Italian style, based on middle european engineering. Like with an aircooled flat eight boxer. Or likewise but somewhat boring with the also aircooled but only six flat boxer from Zuffenhausen. Both available on these pages.
