Technical quiz time! This fascinating shot from the files will engineers scratch their heads. What do we see here? The base of this engine may look very familiar, as does the positive camber on the wheels driven. But the quadruple exhausts on both sides suggest something different. Something very different indeed. And we can say they aren’t there for show purposes. But you’d already seen that chunky distributer cap and the four air filters poking from four Solex carbs hadn’t you?
