A night at the Theater

After what must have been one hell of a performance, the happy couple is sure to get home safely thanks to the ‘never failing’ brightness of the Lucas headlamps on their automobile. This striking advert for Lucas (click!) was made by Frank Wootton, possibly one of the best motoring artists, definitely technically the best. He wrote the book on motoring art: 'How to Draw Cars', first edition published in 1948.
