BMW 2800 CS Cabriolet built by? (update: Bauer, Firma, Deutsch or Brove?)

A few days ago, while giving a walk through the central Madrid streets we spotted a basically 'non existing' car:  a 1969 BMW 2800 CS Cabriolet which appeared to be a daily driver. In very good overall condition, but also showing signs of age. The body transformation seems reasonably well executed, although the convertible top has a design with an air perhaps a bit artisanal.  In 1970 the Karmann coachbuilding firm from Osnabruck developed and built the only 2800CS Cabriolet approved by 'Munchen', but due to the photos we found there were many other workshops which worked on the 2800 CS chassis in order to create different cabriolets, as for example this one created by the German company Firma. Also the well known company Deutsch built some examples... but which of all the possibilities fits with our pictured particular car?
