A Veritas for sure, but what's behind it? (upd. two more K3's ?)

There was a time when you could find real exotics casually parked along the sidewalk. Hans Veenenbos came up with this 'Monday morning' shot showing a car that we both identified as a Veritas. According to Hans it must be a 1950 K3 Nurnberg, with an engine developped by Heinkel (who can tell more about that?). A car similar or equal  to this recently spotted survivor. 
A lot harder to identify is the convertible(?) behind the Veritas. Any suggestions?
