I want to ask you if you can find out more about the car I just bought. Or perhaps about the former owner. 
It is a Aero Minor Sport, which was in The Netherlands registered with number PP-83-38.

There are no details available anymore about PP-83-38. The series PP were issued starting in December 1953. As the Aero dates from 1948, it should have have had a Provincial registration before. As the owner is: J.F. Peters, Traay 147 Driebergen, it's former registration should have been started with a "M" that means the province of Gelderland. But in mine researche I did not find anything. Difficult to trace Mr. Peters as it dates now some 70 years later.
