Last week we visited a museum that probably has the largest collection of Rambler-AMC automobiles in the world. All models are there, including all kinds of special editions. We very much liked this mean 1970 Rebel “Machine” with its 340 hp, 390 cid four-barrel V8, the highest output engine ever shoehorned in an AMC. It sports a ‘functional hoodscoop’ meaning the tachometer was placed on the hood. But what if it rained?
