Chill out at the Stelvio pass: 1957 Cadillac Fleetwood.

Guido Wyss sent us this great shot yesterday. He gave his '57 60S Fleetwood a few minutes to relax after the 21 kilometer / 48 hairpin climb from Bormio to Passo Stelvio (2754 m).  He writes: we had our private meeting organized: 25 people with oldtimers or motorbikes, meeting point was the Tibet-Hütte (2800m) at Passo di Stelvio (2754m) in Italy. (...)We left after breakfast on the next day 09.00 AM. We all had much fun and can tell stopries at home about the journey. The Caddy take about 750km and 8 high alps pass without any problems.

We can tell you form experience, this is not the typical Cadillac route. Not today and it wasn't either during the Coupe des Alpes in the late fifties. Applause for Guido ! We will send you a PostWarClassic badge to show you our enthusiasm.
