PostWarClassic of the week: 1989 Ferrari F40

When scrolling through our marketplace, we found this iconic sports car. Probably the first model that comes to people's mind when they are thinking of a 90s sportscar. Yes, we are talking about the Ferrari F40.  And not a stock one, but one of the 3 Neuser Lightweight built models.

The F40 was the last Ferrari built under the supervision of Enzo Ferrari and was one of the fastest production cars of its era. It was a celebration that the make Ferrari was 40 years in  business and Enzo wanted to build the ultimate sports car for on the road. And it became the first production car that hit the 200 mph. The power outcome is 478 hp.

The Neuser conversion means the car is even lighter than the original one, it has a special exhaust system and comes in a special colour combination.

The car is completely documented and had only 2 owners since new.  Its interior is quite basic, with sport seats and no door panels. But well, you need to focus on the road anyway.
