This Jaguar D-Type was spotted by Richard Campbell in front of the casino in Juan Les Pins. "I can't imagine that a real one would get parked in front of the casino -- but, who knows. I should have tapped the bonnet to see if it was aluminum or fiberglass."
editor: Well Richard, to be honest, if I would own a D-type I would most certainly park it in front of the casino and not in the back. Now regarding the second issue you come up with. To us it's a guess whether XOV583 is real or rep, but tapping the bonnet does not help a lot. There are countless very well built alloy replicas, check for instance the cars made by Proteus.
