In 1948 Packard was awarded the ‘Fashion Car of the Year’ gold medal for its new body style. Top-of-the-line was surely this Custom Eight Victoria Convertible. Packard built only 1,103 cars of this model that came equipped with power seats, power windows, power top and powered radio antenna. Forward power was by a 356-9 Flathead Straight Eight engine. Surely a worthy contender at any Concours d’Elegance. Find this one at The Branson Auction on September 10 & 11.
