You’ve heard it before. A mathematical formula measuring bad weather, debts and lack of motivation comes up with the third Monday of January as Blue Monday: The most depressing day of the year. Pseudoscience? Humbug? It seems that even the inventor of Blue Monday himself, Cliff Arnall, now has enough of it, as he’s come up with this website. But still, there may be a source of truth in Arnall’s idea. Let us cheer you up, whatever your feelings are today. How about this grand old shot from Dieppe on a sunny winter day? Blue is beautiful.
