Last Saturday we went up north to see a Model A and later found that at the time we were in this small village a barnfoud Plymouth was sold at the very same time. We didn't know all that. We were in the car. Just prior to arriving we spotted this bland 1960 Opel Rekord. It wouldn't turn the head of one single Dutchman back then except for the owner on the first day. Yet now 53 years laters, we stopped the car and even made a photo! Times they are changing. The Ford for which we came was not to our taste so we came back home empty handed, but at least with a few pics resulting from two hours of motorway spotting. One Volvo Duett in daily service. One Citroen Ami Super hatchback. And on the way back two !?! Peugeot 403, obviously returning from a club day event. Well no bad result for a poor weather end October day.
