Food trucks are hip. The idea was born in California or elsewhere but with the massively organised music festivals in Holland the überhip foodtruck has grown in numbers likewise. The more non-standard the truck - the less commercial it looks - the better it is for business.  So here you go find old scruffy VW busses, Citroen HYs, Merc-vans, Fiat pick-ups or whatever and start selling sandwiches, soups and more. The latest one we saw is this late sixties 'ex-Feuerwehr'  Opel Blitz pumper in the large Amsterdam city park selling fruit juices. So what will be next. A concrete mixer selling punch?
