Rust is not a crime

Every year it's a joy to visit the Interclassics & Topmobiel show at Maastricht, The Netherlands. Ogling at old cars and meeting new friends. Great! However, this year we felt that amidst the 'shining beauties' there were more 'heaps of rust' on show than in previous years. Not just old rust that can be found on your average dusty barnfind, bust rusty cars that are deliberately kept in that state. And do we like that kind of rust? Yes, we do! It makes these cars stand out in the crowd of posh polished automobiles. As a prime example check out this California import Jaguar XK. Whatever you do, don't go and paint it, as serious rust is not a crime!
