The Man Who Haunted Himself (with a Lamborghini Islero GTS)

Remember the movie with this name? If you do it will probably be for the 1969 Lamborghini Islero GTS driven by Sir Roger Moore who played the dual role of a conservative city businessman and his doppelganger, a suave Bond-like figure. Named after the legendary bull that killed Manolete, the best matador in the world, the Islero GT is one of the least-known Lamborghini models. Only 226 were build, including 100 of the powerful “S” editions. Roger Moore was recently reunited with this Islero and autographed the sun visor, the original driver’s handbook and a special plaque. They come with the Lambo when it will be offered by RM during their Automobiles of London sale on October 27.
