Tough to crack, car puzzle #79

A somewhat different puzzle,  this time you can't go on outside looks. You'll have to rely on the detailing of this exotic console and knowledge. But we will reach out and help. The early sixties car has no Otto,  no Diesel and also no steam engine, which is narrowing down the choice a lot! Sorry, but we leave it with this.
