Tough to Crack Puzzle # 45

We'll be honest and admit that we do not know too much about this vehicle. What we can tell you is that it's a one-off aluminum body built on a plain saloon. What the builders' ideas were, we also don't know, but we suspect he wouldn't have found many customers for it. Both builder and car come from the same sunny country.
