By the end of the 1950s, early 1960s, a newfangled idea was introduced in car design: the sloping rear window. Suddenly several cars came on the market that had this feature, from small ones to very large ones. The sloping rear window was supposed to give a better rear-view in the rain and also an easier to open, larger trunk lid. On the other hand a lot of space was lost on the (non-existing) parcel shelf. Here we have such a sloping window on a car introduced in the early sixties. We are not going to give clues this time, as the field is somewhat limited. And yes, we have taken out the obvious logos. So here you go, tell us the make and model of this vehicle by sending us your answer before Monday, October 8. Please mention Postwar Puzzle # 46 and please use no more than 100 words. Enjoy your weekend!
