Tough to Crack. Quiz 14

This is a first of a series of very hard to crack puzzles kindly made available to us by Karl Ludvigsen. Showing is a fine urban roadster. Please note the 'bold' froggish headlights. Or are these two just position lights and is the white glass lower in th 'radiator ' area the headlight? Except for the name and the production year we know as little as you.  We didn't bother to take out the chrome script as we were not able to find a single syllable about this car on the world wide web. So you may say what it is, where it comes from and maybe what kind of machine is on board. We very much realise that it is far from easy. So we give you a day extra.
