Wanted: Help for Heroes

Three teams of the North West Wolseley Register, started today driving their classic Wolseley cars from John O’Groats to Land’s End, in support of Help for Heroes. The three teams, driving a 1954 Wolseley 4/44, a 1964 Wolseley 1500 and a 1975 Wolseley 18-22 ‘Wedge’, will complete the whole route, (some 2000 miles return), while other members of the Register and their Wolseleys, will be joining in for various sections of the route. They hope to reach their final destination on Tuesday morning 17th August. The drive is for a worthy cause and the team hopes to raise as much money as possible through collections en route, sponsorship and through online payments.
